For the first time, I’ve attempted to cook something good with tofu. This versatile and neutral ingredient is really amazing to cook with, and just a magnificent substitute for chicken. Yes the quantities for this recipe are abundant, but doesn’t this dish look amazing?
120g Firm tofu
1 tsp Coconut oil
2 tbsp Flour
150g Baby potatoes
Salt & Pepper
Garlic & Onion Powder
Cut your firm tofu into small pieces, coat with flour or corn starch and set aside. In a pan, heat a teaspoon of coconut oil. When hot, throw in the tofu and cook on medium-high heat until golden brown. Season with salt & pepper and lemon juice (for some tanginess).
